Hi All! I had to share this author with you. I just finished her book Belief Re-patterning. Take a listen as she shares how the book came about.
Interesting. I'm all for affirmations, but if you don't change the emotion tied to a given incidence or situation, your inner voice is not going to accept the change. I'm going to do a review of the book on Monday. We're coming to the last week of my giveaway for the $25.00 gift certificate. You can still enter here
Hi All! Today's Sunday Motivation and Inspiration shares the concrete steps you have to take to manifest your best life.
How are you realizing your purpose? Are you just visualizing and praying for what you want? As the video highlights you have to take concrete laser focused ACTION. Without action all your visualizing and praying will be for nothing. Jesus said , "Pick up your bed and walk!" Wanting, dreaming and praying are worthless without action to back them up. What actions are you taking to manifest what you want in your life? Leave a comment and share so we all can learn. Michelle
Hi All! Do you believe you can change your reality? Share your thoughts in a comment after watching the video.
I put a great deal of store in the subject of this video. In 2000 I was told by an orthopedic specialist that in 10 years I would be in a wheelchair with my head bent on my bosom. I said thank you fired him and found doctors (Naturopathic, Rheumatology, nutritionist, nuclear medicine, etc) who believed like me that this prediction did not have to be my future. Well this is year 13 and I may be rickety at times but I 'm not in a wheelchair, my head is unbowed
and I'm still chugging along. What has been your take away from the video? Leave a comment and share. Michelle
Hi All! Hope you're in work mode, I haven't been. Seems that I've been sabotaging myself by lettings others negativity get the best of me. So now my little pity party has come to an end and its time to hop on that success train. All aboard. Smile I made my intentions to find a video for this Sunday and this is what the Universal revealed. Enjoy.
For me it hit home and highlighted that I have to step up my energy level. The same level of energy that got me through two degrees and a bar exam while working my way through school. So what was your take away from this video? Leave a comment and share. Today, Sunday, April 14 is the last day for the Amazon and Etsy cards giveaway so sign up and share with your family and friends here Have a great Sunday, Michelle
Hi All! Today's Sunday motivation and inspiration is brought to you by Water For Life and entitled First World Problems read by Third World People.
When I watched this video I realized how we must look to the rest of the world. Didn't that just make you thankful for all that you have? We are able to take care of our basic necessities. Our problems seem trivial in so many ways (unless you are homeless, battling some life threatening illness, etc, compared to 90 percent of the rest of the world.
Where do you stand on the issue. Is it fair to even compare life in America to other countries? Did this motivate you to not stress over the little things and focus on the big issues in your life?
Leave a comment telling me what your position is on this issue.
Hi All! I've been missing in action trying to streamline my life so that I can better take advantage of opportunities that come my way. I will be restarting my tech series as of this Monday. Enjoy the video and please leave a comment.
Tell me you watched that video dry eyed? Leave a comment telling me what you thought of this video.
This video made me miss My Daddy so much, he died in 1997. This could very easily have been my Daddy. He was always there for us. All seven of us. I can't remember a swim meet, basketball tournament, play or any other activity where my Daddy was not there. If you have or had a Daddy that stood by you , please leave a comment and share a memorable memory of him with the rest of us.
Please share with everyone this is so positive and uplifting.
I loved this when I heard it, a beautiful way to deal with an ugly subject. This is the work of Eve Ensler, she of the Vagina Monologues, to deal with the increasing incidents of rape. This February 14, 2013. There will be events taking place around the world using this song and the dance as starting points. One billion women raped around the world is a statistic that must be ended. We can no longer stand around and accept this situation as the norm. Equally as important we must train our boys that this is not manhood. We must put teeth in the rape laws and insure that "Boys will be boys" is no longer the standard. No one asks to be raped. Choreography, lyrics and events around the world can be found on OneBillonRising. Join an event or create one. We must change this statistic. Michelle
Hi All! This is the beautiful story of one who did not accept the diagnosis and refused to GIVE UP.
I was truly inspired by this and felt his pain. Too often patients are written off and we accept the diagnosis. The biggest idea from this video is to at least try. You should not just accept what you're told, doctors are not the Creator. They are only giving you their medical opinion based on their limited knowledge. That is the best they can do. There is a higher power you can tap into it or you can give up. The choice is yours. What do you have to lose? Me, I never give up. If you have your own story to share or just what to leave a comment feel free to do so. Thanks, Michelle
Hi All! Today's Sunday inspiration is Beverly Bond, Founder of "Black Girls Rock".
For me the video shows one person can make a difference if you take that first step. BlackGirlsRock started from a desire (passion) Beverly Bond had to do something to work on young black girls self-esteem.Who could have imagined that BlackGirlsRock would have mushroomed like this in such a short period of time and that so many big names stars would get behind the program. If you don't take that first action than nothing will ever happen.
What's your passion? What have you been afraid to take that first small step to start? Remember if you don't take that first small step, you will always wonder what could have been. Yes, as my finger is pointing at you my thumb is pointing back at me. Smile. So, I'm going to take my small step and get the second blog going that will concentrated solely on international business. What's your small step? What did you think of the video. You can see this year's entire program here If you would like to find out more about Black Girls Rock program for young girls you can go here Looking forward to your comments
HI All! Today's Sunday inspiration is a video I ran across while surfing Youtube.com .The video called to me, so I stopped and watched. The coach in the video hits all the points for entrepreneurs as will as sports players. You can't give up.You just have to keep pressing forward.
What did you get from the video? I got perseverance; Help those who help you; Giving your business your all;
Today's inspiration is by Louise Hay. Ms. Hay was in the forefront of the Self help movement. I was first introduced to her through her book "Heal Your Life Body A-Z, The mental causes to Physical Illness and the Way to Overcome It". She has been a great inspiration to me to not accept the doctor's decree that, "I would be in a wheelchair with my head been on my breast in ten years." Well this is year twelve (12) and I'm still NOT in a wheelchair. My head is STILL unbowed.
Thank you Ms Hay, Dr.Pavner, Mark Lipinski and Big Mike Tate. They were all on my team and believed that a wheelchair was not my future.
I thank them all and may the Universe give them a might blessing for all the folks like me they have helped.
What or who has been your inspiration? Who has shown you that you didn't have to accept the prediction? Whether it was about a skill, a learning experience or a talent. Please share and leave a comment to help others. Thanks,
