HI All!
The Valley is a a buzzing about the Scottsdale Polo Party. The brainchild of Jason Rose. He and his public-relations firm, Rose+Moser+Allyn Public & Online Relations launched the tournament last year. This is the second year and is a joint effort with the Arizona Polo Club, the Arabian Horse Show and Barnett Jackson Auctions. This years effort is bigger than last year with more parties and events going well into the evening. There will even be tailgating for the plebeians among us. Smile. Details on parties, tickets, etc can be found here. http://www.thepoloparty.com/
There will be polo matches including the All Black Team Work-To-Ride, which won the National Interscholastic Polo Championship. They will play Harvard Saturday. You can read about their story and the win here http://www.pennsylvaniaequestrian.com/news2011/april/Work-to-Ride-Wins-National-Interscholastic-Polo%20Championship.php
Tickets start at $10 and 15 at the door at West World, so there's no excuse not to go out and have a good time. The weather seems to be perfect for this kind of outdoor activity. And at halftime you get to run on the field and stop the divots. Smile Good Times! Good Times!
If you not in Arizona , would you attend if you could?
